This Privacy Policy explains how AgileQueue sp. z o.o. (“AgileQueue”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through the website vuevisit.com and in connection with sales and demo enquiries. VueVisit is a product of AgileQueue sp. z o.o.
1. Who we are (data controller)
For patient data processed inside a clinic’s branded VueVisit instance, the clinic or hospital is the controller and AgileQueue acts as processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement. This policy does not govern that processing.
2. What data we collect
- Contact and enquiry data: name, work email, organization, role, and the content of messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and similar information needed to serve the website.
- Communication data: records of correspondence with us.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and arrange demos. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To operate and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data with service providers who help us run the website and our sales process, under appropriate contracts. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an appropriate safeguard such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Subject to GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, and to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise your rights, contact office@vuevisit.com.
8. Cookies
This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not profile visitors. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work as intended.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
